集束化培训模式对护士心肺复苏培训质量的影响

Effect of Clustered Training Mode on Nurses’Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training Quality

目的探讨集束化培训模式对护士心肺复苏质量的影响。方法将2019年2月—2020年2月于佛山市中医院进行轮科实习的护士100名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50名。对照组采取传统教学模式进行心肺复苏培训,观察组采取集束化培训模式进行心肺复苏培训。比较2组培训前后按压深度、按压频率、胸廓回弹率,比较2组发现患者无意识到判断无脉的时间、出现室颤至启动自动体外除颤器(AED)的时间、操作AED的时间、理论成绩、操作成绩,统计触摸颈动脉、打开气道、人工吹气、胸外按压、操作AED准确率。结果观察组理论和操作成绩明显高于对照组;2组按压深度、按压频率、胸廓回弹率均较培训前明显改善,且观察组改善更明显;观察组发现患者无意识到判断无脉的时间、出现室颤至启动AED的时间、操作AED的时间均明显低于对照组;观察组触摸颈动脉、打开气道、人工吹气、胸外按压、操作AED准确率均明显高于对照组。结论集束化培训模式可以提高护士心肺复苏培训质量。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster training mode on the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for nurses.Methods A total of 100 nurses who had been internship in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 50 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model for cardiopulmonary resuscitation training,and the observation group adopted the clustered training model for cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.The compression depth,compression frequency,chest rebound rate before and after the training of the two groups was compared,it found that the patients were unaware of the pulseless time,the time from the appearance of ventricular fibrillation to the activation of Automated external defibrillator(AED),the time of operating AED,theoretical results,operating results,statistics Touch the carotid artery,open the airway,blow artificially,press the chest,and operate the AED accuracy rate.Results The observation group’s theoretical and operational performance was significantly higher than that of the control group;the compression depth,compression frequency,and chest rebound rate of the two groups were significantly improved than before training,and the observation group improved more significantly;the observation group found that the patients were not aware of the pulselessness,the time from the appearance of ventricular fibrillation to the start of AED,and the time to operate AED were significantly lower than those of the control group;the observation group touched the carotid artery,opened the airway,artificially inflated,chest compressions,and operated AED accuracy significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion The clustered training mode can improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training for nurses.
