摘要
慢性心力衰竭属于中医学心悸、喘证等范畴,中医药对该病在缓解临床症状、提高生存质量、改善预后及预防复发方面有着不可替代的作用。作者总结现代医家最新的学说及临床经验,以慢性心衰的演变时间轴为序进行探讨,旨在提高中医药对该病的整体认识及辨证论治水平,为中医药在慢性心衰治疗中的合理参与提供启发与思考。
Chronic heart failure belongs to the categories of palpitation and asthma in Traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine plays an irreplaceable role in alleviating clinical symptoms,improving quality of life,improving prognosis and preventing recurrence of the disease.The author summarizes the latest theories and clinical experience of modern doctors,and discusses the evolution of chronic heart failure in order to improve the overall understanding of the disease and the level of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide inspiration and thinking for the reasonable participation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
