针灸联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效分析

Therapeutic Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探究糖尿病周围神经病变患者行针灸联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗方案的疗效。方法在2020年3月—2021年3月于该院接受治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变,且为气虚血瘀中医证型的患者中随机选取80例为研究对象,按数字随机方法进行随机分组,一组设定为对照组,一组设定为研究组,两组患者病例数均等。两组患者均接受常规降血糖治疗,对照组增加甲钴胺片药物口服治疗,对照组增加针灸联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗。两组经1个月的治疗后,分别就两组患者的治疗有效率、神经功能评分、周围神经症状评分进行对比。结果研究组治疗有效率为95.0%,神经功能评分为(6.1±1.2)分,而对照组治疗有效率仅为72.5%,神经功能评分为(8.4±1.6)分,研究组疗效更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组周围神经症状评分与周围神经体征评分也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗方案对糖尿病周围神经病变患者疗效确切,可有效提高临床治疗有效率,改善患者神经功能,缓解周围神经症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in the hospital with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly selected as the research objects.Randomly grouped according to the number random method,one group was set as the control group,the other group was set as the study group,and the number of patients in the two groups was equal.Both groups of patients received conventional hypoglycemic treatment,the control group received oral medication with mecobalamin tablets,and the study group received acupuncture combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction.After 1 month of treatment between the two groups,the treatment effectiveness,neurological function scores,and peripheral neurological symptoms scores of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.0%,and the neurological function score was(6.1±1.2)points.However,the effective rate of treatment in the control group was only 72.5%,and the neurological function score was(8.4±1.6)points.The curative effect of the study group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The peripheral nerve symptom scores and peripheral nerve signs scores of the study group were also significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction has a definite effect on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency,improve the patient's nerve function,and relieve peripheral nerve symptoms.It has high clinical application value.
