在糖尿病护理工作中人性化护理的临床应用效果及生活质量评分研究

Research on the Clinical Application Effect and Quality of Life Score of Humanized Nursing in Diabetes Care

目的探讨糖尿病护理工作中人性化护理的临床应用效果及生活质量评分。方法将该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的60例糖尿病患者随机分组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理,人性化护理组在对照组的基础上开展人性化护理。比较两组满意度、疾病知识掌握程度、治疗依从性程度;干预前后血糖生化值、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、生活质量评分。结果人性化护理组的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化护理组疾病知识掌握程度、治疗依从性程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后人性化护理组血糖生化值、SAS评分、生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者实施人性化护理效果确切,可有效提高患者的疾病掌握度和服药依从性,改善生活质量,缓解焦虑,促使患者血糖水平降低。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect and quality of life score of humanized nursing in diabetes care.Methods The 60 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the humanized nursing group carried out humanized nursing on the basis of the control group.Compared the two groups'satisfaction,disease knowledge mastery,and treatment compliance.Before and after the intervention,the blood glucose biochemical value,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,and the quality of life score were compared.Results The satisfaction degree of the humanized nursing group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of disease knowledge and treatment compliance in the humanized nursing group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose biochemical value,SAS score,and quality of life score of the humanized nursing group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of humanized care for diabetic patients is definite,which can effectively improve the patient's disease control and medication compliance,improve the quality of life,relieve anxiety,and promote the reduction of patients'blood glucose levels.
