摘要
在落实立德树人根本任务的背景下,针对导师队伍建设在准入机制、培训体系、岗位职责和考评机制等四方面普遍存在的问题,天津某医学院校在导师队伍建设工作中进行探索,总结经验,探讨后续工作,希望能为其他院校提供经验,共同提升导师队伍整体水平,提高医学研究生培养质量。
Under the background of moral education and people cultivation,in the light of the general problems existing in the construction of supervisor team in four aspects such as access mechanism,cultivation system,position responsibilities and evaluation mechanism,a medical university in Tianjin carried out exploration in the construction of supervisor team,summarized the experience and achievements,and discussed the follow-up work to be improved,hoping to provide experience for other universities and enhance the level of supervisor team,to improve the quality of postgraduate education.
