摘要
目的提高新任护士长综合管理病区的能力,同时缓解工作压力,以饱满的热情投身护理管理中。方法选取该院新任护士长5人实施改良型“AB角模式”培养,即由2名科护士长以上的护理管理骨干(A、B角)先后对其进行目标性指导带教,每人指导时间3个月,A角、B角分别指导后的第3个月从护理质量、患者满意度调查结果、院回访中心回访结果、护理不良事件、上级部门指令性任务完成情况等多维度进行权重计算、评价,并调查其工作压力情况,与2018年度新上任护士长同期进行对比。结果实施改良型“AB角模式”培养后的新任护士长病区综合管理得分管理能力提升超越2018年上任护士长病区综合管理得分,护士长思考问题全面,发现及解决问题的能力有效提升,大大缓解上任后护士长压力大的现状。结论改良型“AB角模式”有利于科室管理稳步发展,在一定程度上也缓解指导者带教的压力,有信心做好新任护士长的带教工作,提高工作效率。
Objective To improve the ability of the newly appointed head nurse to comprehensively manage the ward,and at the same time relieve work pressure,and devote himself to nursing management with full enthusiasm.Methods Five newly appointed head nurses were sclected in an improved"AB angle mode"in the hospital,that is,two nursing management backbones(A and B angles)above the head nurses in the department will give them targeted guidance and instruction,each of whom has 3 guidance hours moon.In the third month after the guidance of angle A and angle B,the results of nursing quality,patient satisfaction survey results,hospital return visit center return visit results,and nursing adverse events.Perform weight calculation,evaluation in multiple dimensions such as the completion of the mandatory tasks of the higher-level departments,and investigate their work pressure,and compare it with the newly appointed head nurse in 2018.Results After the implementation of the improved"AB angle model"training,the management ability of the new head nurse's ward comprehensive management has improved,surpassing the comprehensive management score of the 2018 head nurse..The head nurse thinks about problems comprehensively,and the ability to find and solve problems was effectively improved,which greatly relieves the current situation of high pressure on the head nurse after taking office.Conclusion"AB angle mode"is conducive to the steady development of department management.To a certain extent,it also relieves the pressure of the instructor to teach,and is confident to do a good job in teaching the newly appointed head nurses and improve work efficiency.
