探究护士分层级管理理念在护理管理质量中的应用分析

Exploring the Application Analysis of Nurses'Hierarchical Management Concept in Nursing Management Quality

目的研究护士分层级管理理念应用在护理管理过程中对管理质量的影响效果。方法以该院2020年1月-2021年1月期间的20名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10)。观察组护理人员采用护士分层级管理理念进行管理,对照组护理人员采用常规管理理念进行管理,然后将同年来该院住院治疗的80例患者按照同样方法分成对照A组(n=40)和观察A组(n=40),对照A组患者经过常规管理理念下培训的护理人员进行护理,观察A组患者经过护士分层级管理理念培训下的护理人员进行护理,展开对照研究,从护士角度和患者角度分析护理管理质量的影响效果。结果观察组护理质量指标评分、护理质量合格率更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中,采用护士分层级管理理念进行管理,能够提升护理质量以及护理效果,应用价值高。

Objective To study the effect of the application of nurses'hierarchical management concept on the management quality in the nursing management process.Methods Twenty nurses in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were taken as the research subjects,and they were divided into a control group(n=10)and an observation group(n=10)according to the random number table method.The nursing staff of the observation group adopted the hierarchical management concept of nurses for management,and the nursing staff of the control group adopted the conventional management concept for management.Then,taking 80 patients who were hospitalized in the hospital in the same year as an example,they were divided into control group A(n=40)and observation group A(n=40)according to the same method.Patients in control group A were nursed by nurses trained under the concept of conventional management,and patients in observation group A were nursed by nurses trained under the concept of hierarchical management by nurses.Carried out a comparative study to analyze the effect of nursing management quality from the perspective of nurses and patients.Results The observation group had better nursing quality index score,nursing quality qualified rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In nursing management,adopting the hierarchical management concept of nurses for management can improve the quality of nursing and nursing effect.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
