探讨心脏3D打印模型结合案例教学在心内科临床实习教学中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨心脏3D打印模型结合案例教学法在心内科临床实习教学中的应用价值。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院2017级临床医学专业参加临床实习的50名本科学生作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组25名学生接受常规心内科临床带教管理,观察组25名学生则接受心脏3D打印模型结合案例教学管理,对比两组学生带教效果及满意度情况。结果教学后,观察组学生考核成绩、综合素质评价、学习效果自我评价、教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心内科临床实习教学管理中实施3D打印模型结合案例教学管理可显著提升学生实习质量,有效提升学生理论知识水平与实践操作技能掌握程度,对提高临床实习教学质量与学生学习主观能动性等均具有积极作用。 Objective To explore the application value of heart 3D printing model combined with case teaching method in clinical practice teaching of cardiology.Methods A total of 50 undergraduates who participated in clinical practice in 2017 of Qiqihar Medical College's clinical medicine major were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into observation group and control group.The 25 students in the control group received routine cardiology clinical teaching management,and the 25 students in the observation group received the heart 3D printing model combined with case teaching management.Compared the teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results After teaching,the students'assessment scores,comprehensive quality evaluation,learning effect self-evaluation and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 3D printing model combined with case teaching management in cardiology clinical practice teaching management can significantly improve the quality of students'practice,and effectively improve the level of students'theoretical knowledge and practical skills.It has a positive effect on improving the quality of clinical practice teaching and the subjective initiative of students in learning.
