2019-2021年兴化市食品风险监测分析

摘要 目的深入了解兴化市食物安全情况,查找食品安全隐患,提出具有针对性的防治控制措施。方法在2019年1月-2021年7月期间,对兴化市农贸市场、学校门口食品进行采集与检测,并对其检测结果进行良好分析与统计。结果2019-2021年食品卫生合格率分别为36(90.00%)、30(93.75%)、52(94.54%),其中以2021年合格率为最高;2019-2021年份中127份样本中,其中以大肠埃希氏菌与菌落总数不合格率最高。结论兴化市食品安全中虽部分食品中存在微生物超标情况,但整体处于良好状态,有关部门需加大监管力度,做好食品风险监测工作,保障居民食品安全。 Objective To understand the food safety situation in Xinghua City,to look for hidden food safety hazards,and to propose targeted prevention and control measures.Methods From January 2019 to July 2021,collected and tested the food at the farmer's market and school entrance in Xinghua City,and conduct good analysis and statistics on the test results.Results The food hygiene qualification rates from 2019 to 2021 were 36(90.00%),30(93.75%),and 52(94.54%).Among them,the pass rate in 2021 was the highest.Among the 127 samples from 2019 to 2021,Escherichia coli and the total number of colonies had the highest disqualification rate.Conclusion In the food safety of Xinghua City,although some foods contain microorganisms exceeding the standard,they are in good condition as a whole.Relevant departments need to strengthen supervision,do a good job in food risk monitoring,and ensure the food safety of residents.
