摘要
以市政污泥和废弃泡沫塑料为原料,选取ZnCl_(2)为活化剂,通过化学活化法制备了污泥活性炭和掺杂泡沫塑料污泥活性炭。选取4-氯苯酚(4-CP)为目标污染物,将制得的活性炭作为吸附剂,应用到模拟吸附该污染物的试验中,探讨了溶液初始浓度、吸附时间、吸附剂投加量及溶液pH值对去除率的影响。Langmuir等温模型能够较好地对试验中的数据进行拟合(R^(2)> 0.98), Langmuir等温式的计算结果表明,2种活性炭对4-CP的理论饱和吸附量与试验结果基本吻合;2种活性炭对4-CP的吸附动力学特性更符合准二级动力学方程(R^(2)> 0.99)。
Using municipal sludge and waste foam as raw materials, ZnCl_(2)as activators, the sludge activated carbon and the sludge activated carbon doped with foam plastic were prepared by chemical activation method.4-chlorophenol(4-CP)was selected as target pollutant, and the prepared activated carbon was used as the adsorbent and adopted in the simulation experiment of the said kind of pollutant adsorption. The effects of solution initial concentration, adsorption time, adsorbent dosage and solution pH value on the pollutants removal were discussed. It could be seen that, Langmuir isothermal model could fit the experimental data well(R^(2)> 0.98), the calculation results of Langmuir isothermal model showed that, the theoretical saturation adsorption of the said two kinds of activated carbons was basically consistent with the experimental results;the adsorption kinetics of the two kinds of activated carbons for 4-CP were more consistent with the quasi second order kinetic equation(R^(2)> 0.99).
