摘要
某煤化工园区污水处理厂进水为企业预处理后的排水,具有可生化性差、难降解有机物含量高、含毒性物质等特点,设计采用前臭氧氧化-水解酸化-A/O-混凝沉淀-后臭氧氧化-BAF-砂滤组合处理工艺,介绍了该工艺的处理流程及特点、主要设计参数及处理效果。实际运行结果表明,该工艺对COD、BOD_(5)、SS、TN、NH_(3)-N、TP的平均去除率分别为78.5%、88.9%、95.7%、71.8%、93.5%、75.9%,出水达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级A标准。
The influent water of a wastewater treatment plant in a coal chemical industry park is the pretreated wastewater discharged from an enterprise, which has characterstics of poor biodegradability, high concentration of hard-degradable organic matters, toxic substances-containing, and so on. A combined process of preozonation-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-coagulation sedimentation-post ozonation-BAF-sand filtration was adopted in the design. The process flow and characteristics, main design parameters and treatment effect of the said project were introduced. The actual operation results showed that, the average removal rates of COD, BOD_(5), SS,TN, NH_(3)-N, and TP were 78.5%, 88.9%, 95.7%, 71.8%, 93.5% and 75.9% respectively, the effluent water quality met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Standard of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
