摘要
针对某地埋式生活污水处理站因设计缺陷导致不能正常运行,以及出水标准偏低的问题,提出增大调节池容积,新建新型结构的接触氧化池和高效沉淀池等提标改造措施,将原来的O/A/O-沉淀-过滤-二氧化氯消毒处理工艺改造为A(调节池)-新型接触氧化-高效沉淀-过滤-次氯酸钠消毒处理工艺。提标改造后3 a多的运行实践表明,系统运行稳定,处理效果良好,出水水质由原来的GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的一级B提高到一级A标准。
The design defect of an underground domestic sewage treatment station led to abnormal operation of the system and low effluent water standard, for this issue, some reconstruction measures such as increasing regulation tank volume, building new structure contact oxidation tank and efficient sedimentation tank, and so on were pointed out. The original treatment process "O/A/O-sedimentation-filtration-chlorine dioxide disinfection" was modified to "A(regulating reservoir)-new contact oxidation-high efficiency sedimentation-filtration-chlorine dioxide disinfection". The results of more than three years of operation practice after the upgrading and reconstruction shows that, the system runs stably, and the treatment effect is good, the effluent water quality has been raised from level B grade 1 to level A grade 1 of GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
