摘要
针对某水电站泄洪明渠底板被冲刷,明渠左导墙局部基础被冲蚀掏空影响安全稳定性等问题,对泄洪明渠下游的消能设施进行了技术改造,为分析与评价改造后消能区的安全性和为运行期的闸门开启方式提供依据,开展了水力学原型观测和结构安全监测,重点考察不同泄洪工况下的水流流态、水面线以及脉动压力等参数。结果显示,在不同泄洪工况之下,各区域水流流态稳定,无明显不利水力现象,水面线以及脉动压力等参数均处于合理范围,表明技术改造后下游消能设施布置总体成功。
Aiming at the problems such as the bottom plate of the flood discharge open channel of a hydropower station is washed out,the local foundation of the left guide wall of the open channel is eroded and hollowed out,which affects the safety and stability,the energy dissipation facilities downstream of the flood discharge open channel are technically modified.In order to analyze and evaluate the safety of energy dissipation area after modification and provide basis for gate opening mode during operation period,prototype hydraulic observation and structural safety monitoring were carried out,with emphasis on the flow pattern,water surface line and fluctuating pressure under different flood discharge conditions.The results show that under different flood discharge conditions,the flow pattern of each area is stable without obvious adverse hydraulic phenomena,and the parameters such as water surface line and fluctuating pressure are within a reasonable range,indicating that the layout of downstream energy dissipation facilities is generally successful after technical renovation.
