轴流转浆式机组厂房三维有限元整体计算与分析

摘要 南欧江三级水电站采用装有轴流转浆式机组的河床式厂房,此类厂房结构受力条件复杂,很难将荷载作用体系简化为合理的受力模型从而采用传统的材料力学法进行计算和分析。为此,采用了基于有限元法的三维整体计算。结果表明,该方法能有效应用于此类复杂厂房结构在各种工况下的受力分析。 The riverbed factory building with axial flow slurry set is used for Nam OuⅢHydropower Station.It is difficult to simplify the load action system into a reasonable stress model and adopt traditional material mechanics method for calculation and analysis due to the complex stress conditions of such factory building structure.For this reason,the three-dimensional integral calculation based on finite element method is adopted.The results show that the method can be effectively applied to the force analysis of such complex factory building structure under various conditions.
