摘要
在新疆YE供水二期输水工程KS段IX标TBM施工中,TBM因进入煤系地层,发生了瓦斯含量超标事件,通过采取“探、改、测、排”的原则对隧洞瓦斯进行治理,再采用超前管棚施工、轻质混凝土回填及新型化灌等方式,TBM最终顺利通过穿煤段不良地层,避免了施工过程中的安全及工期滞后等风险。
During the TBM construction of Water Conveyance ProjectⅡof YE water supply in Xinjiang,gas content exceeded the standard due to TBM entering the coal measures stratum.This paper adopts the principle of"exploration,modification,measurement and drainage"to control tunnel gas.Through advanced pipe shed construction,light concrete backfilling and new chemical grouting,TBM eventually passes through unfavorable strata in the coal-crossing section smoothly.It avoids risks such as safety during construction and time lag.
