Optimization of Thrust External Circulation System in Ludila Hydropower Station

摘要 针对鲁地拉水电站水轮发电机推力外循环系统运行过程中存在振动较大、渗漏严重的问题,通过对外循环油泵的重新选型更换和油泵密封润滑条件的优化,并在管路上安装波纹管补偿器和完善检修隔离阀及反向阀,使得推力外循环系统运行工况和发电机运行环境得到了极大改善。 During the operation of thrust external circulation system of hydro-generator in Ludila Hydropower Station,problems such as large vibration and serious leakage exist.In this paper,the external circulation oil pump has been re-selected and replaced,and the sealing and lubrication conditions of the oil pump have been optimized.Corrugated pipe compensator and repair isolation valve and reverse valve are installed in the pipeline.The operating conditions of thrust external circulation system and generator operating environment have been greatly improved.
