摘要
频率异常保护是水轮发电机的重要保护,在保护主机设备的安全方面起着重要作用。瑞丽江一级水电站4台机组接入缅甸电网,由于缅甸电网频率异常导致的机组跳机事件频繁发生。为应对和减少跳机时对主设备的损坏,通过近10a来的不断摸索和尝试,总结出了一套切实可行应对缅甸电网频率异常跳机事件的方法。在频率保护定值设置优化方面,实现了转速上升率、振动摆度平稳可控。
Frequency anomaly protection is an important protection for hydraulic generator and plays an important role in protecting the safety of main equipment. Four units of Ruilijiang Ⅰ Hydropower Station are connected to the Myanmar Power Grid. Unit tripping incidents frequently occur due to abnormal frequency of power grid in Myanmar. In order to cope with and reduce the damage to main equipment when tripping, a set of practical methods for dealing with abnormal frequency tripping of Myanmar Power Grid have been summarized through continuous exploration and attempts in recent ten years. In terms of frequency protection setting optimization, this method achieves speed rise rate and stable and controllable vibration swing.
