混流泵作液力透平在不同包角下外特性的变化规律

摘要 为探究混流泵作液力透平在不同包角下外特性的变化规律,用BladenGen软件设计3款进口直径为150mm、出口直径为125mm、轮毂直径为35mm、进口安放角为107.32°、出口安放角为19°、包角分别为20°、35°、50°的前弯型叶片液力透平。对其进行数值模拟,得到不同包角下液力透平外特性的曲线变化规律。结果表明:随着包角的增加,旋涡损失将会减小,摩擦损失将会增加,使得叶片包角存在一个最优值使透平机械的效率最高,对液力透平设计有一定的指导意义。 This paper mainly inquiries into the variation rule of external characteristics of mixed flow pump as hydraulic turbine at different wrapping angles.In this paper,BladenGen software is used to design 3 Forwardcurved vane hydraulic turbines with inlet diameter of 150 mm,outlet diameter of 125 mm,hub diameter of 35 mm,inlet angle of 107.32 degrees,outlet angle of 19 degrees,wrapping angle of 20 degrees,35 degrees and 50 degrees respectively.The curves of the external characteristics of the hydraulic turbine at different wrapping angles are obtained by numerical simulation.The results show that with the increase of wrapping angle,the eddy loss will be reduced and the friction loss will be increased,so that there is an optimum value of wrapping angle of blade to maximize the efficiency of turbine machinery,which has certain guiding significance for hydraulic turbine design.
