澜沧江流域云南段风电出力特性分析

Analysis on Output Characteristics of Wind Power in Yunnan Section of Lancang River Basin

风电出力特性分析是水风光一体化可再生能源综合开发基地研究的基础。以澜沧江流域云南段完整年小时风电出力系数为研究基础,分析该区域风电出力特性。结果显示,汇集后风电出力全年月际变化显著,出力系数在0.7~1的频率很低,限制风电出力系数在0.61以下的电量即可达到全年理论上网电量的95%,小时出力天然波动性大,但变幅大于20%的概率不大。

Output characteristics analysis of wind power is the basis of research on integrated development base of water,wind and light renewable energy.Based on the annual hourly coefficient of wind power output in Yunnan section of Lancang River Basin,the characteristics of wind power output in this area are analyzed.The results show that the monthly variation of wind power output is significant throughout the year after the pooling.The frequency with output coefficient of 0.7~1 is very low.If the limit of output coefficient is less than 0.61,95%of the theoretical grid-connected power can be achieved throughout the year.The natural fluctuation of the hourly output is large,but the probability of variation greater than 20%is small.
