Improvement Path of the Quality and Scale of High-tech Enterprises in Xuzhou City

对高新技术企业政策进行深入研究,同时结合淮海经济区中心城市——徐州市2016-2019年的高新技术企业申报数据创建了认定模型,发现认定通过率与申报条件存在一定程度的相关性关系,并基于对相关性的具体分析提出了扩大产业规模、促进产业的多元化发展、提高企业的技术创新能力等新思路。

This paper conducts in-depth research on the policy of high-tech enterprises,combines the declaration data of high-tech enterprises in Xuzhou city,the central city of the Huaihai Economic Zone,from 2016 to 2019,and creates a recognition mode.It is found that there is a certain degree of correlation between recognition pass rate and declaration conditions.Based on the analysis of the correlation between recognition pass rate and declaration conditions,the paper puts forward newideas such as expanding the industrial scale,promoting the diversified development of the industry,and improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises.
