基于模糊物元模型的生态公益林综合效益评价——以英德市为例 被引量:3

Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Ecological Public Welfare Forest Based on Fuzzy Matter-Element Model——Taking Yingde City as Example

摘要 生态公益林是实现自然资源可持续利用的重要手段。基于指标抓取与词频分析,构建生态、经济和社会3方面的综合评价体系,通过模糊物元模型和障碍度计算,评价英德市生态公益林综合效益。结果表明,英德市生态公益林综合效益处于向良等级转化阶段;生态效益优但稳定性较差,主要障碍因子为温度改变和土壤容重,中、低值区主要集中在英中经济区和英西农业区;经济效益良但等级提升难度大,主要障碍因子为木材平均年产值,中、低值区多位于英西综合发展区中的边缘镇;社会效益向中等级转化,需整体提升,主要障碍因子为人均林产收入年增加率和吸收SO;量,低值区聚集在九龙-黄花石灰岩地区和英中经济区的人工针叶林区域。建议通过分类经营和改善结构提升生态公益林质量,结合区域特点挖掘旅游和休憩等新型林业经济产业,强化常态保护机制、多渠道普及林业知识。 Ecological public welfare forest is an important mean to achieve sustainable utilization of natural resources.Comprehensive evaluation system of ecology, economy and society based on index grasping and word frequency analysis was constructed. By fuzzy matter-element model and obstacle degree calculation, comprehensive benefit of ecological public welfare forest in Yingde city was evaluated. Results showed that comprehensive benefit of ecological public welfare forest in Yingde city was in stage of transformation to good grade. Ecological benefit was excellent with poor stability, which was mainly trapped by changeable temperature and soil bulk density. Sites with low or middle ecological benefit were located in central economic and western agricultural areas of Yinde city.Economic benefit was good but promoted difficultly, which was mainly trapped by average annual value of wood.Sites with low or middle economic benefit were located in fringe towns of western comprehensive development area in Yinde city. Social benefit was transformed to medium level and needed to be improved in an all-round way, which was mainly trapped by annual increasing rate of forest products income per capital and amount of SO;absorbed. Sites with low social benefit were located in artificial coniferous forest of Jiulong-Huanghua limestone and middle economic areas in Yinde city. Quality of ecological public welfare forest could be improved through classified management and optimizing structure. New forestry economic industries such as tourism and recreation according to regional characteristics should be developed. Normal protective mechanism should be strengthened and forestry knowledge should be popularized through multiple channels.
