分布感知集中决策的主动配电网能量管理调控技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着风、光、储能、电动汽车等不断并入配电网,使配电网由传统单一接受电能的用电转变为发电与用电双重,且配电网中的可再生能源发电具有分散的特点,使传统集中式的数据感知和决策方法面临困境。对此,提出了配电网分布感知、集中决策的主动配电网能量管理调控方式。首先,设计了主动配电网能量管理系统的总体构架;其次,给出了主动配电网多层能量管理系统结构及其特点;第三,提出了多层能量管理大数据分散感知、管理、互动的关键技术;第四,在此基础上,指出了主动配电网各层之间分散协调的调控方法。 With the continuous integration of wind,light,energy storage,electric vehicles into the distribution network,the distribution network has changed from the traditional single receiving power consumption to power generation and consumption,and the renewable energy generation in the distribution network has the characteristics of decentralization,which makes the traditional centralized data perception and decisionmaking method face difficulties. In view of this situation,an active distribution network energy management regulation mode based on distribution perception and centralized decision-making is proposed. First,the overall framework of the active distribution network energy management system is designed. Then,the structure and characteristics of the multi-layer energy management system of the active distribution network are given. After that,the key technologies of decentralized perception,management and interaction of multilayer energy management big data are proposed. On this basis,the regulation and control method of decentralized coordination among all layers of active distribution network is pointed out.
