山东制造业现代供应链话语权构建的制度体系及其创新

The Institutional System and Innovation of Modern Supply Chain Discourse Power Construction in Shandong Manufacturing Industry

习近平总书记提出的"现代供应链"思想不仅体现了制造业供应链发展与时俱进的需求,而且还引领着山东制造业供应链话语权的构建,然而目前相关制度的缺乏成为阻碍山东制造业现代供应链话语权构建的根本原因。本文通过整理现有制造业供应链制度相关文献,从制度体系包括的体制系统和内在机制两个方面入手,设计高质量发展条件下山东制造业现代供应链话语权构建所需的制度体系及其创新,营造其发展和提升的新环境。

The thought of "modern supply chain" put forward by President Xi Jinping not only refl ects the need for the development of manufacturing supply chain to keep pace with the times, but also leads the construction of the discourse power in Shandong manufacturing supply chain. However, the lack of relevant systems has become the fundamental reason that hinders the construction of the discourse power of Shandong manufacturing supply chain. By sorting out the existing literature related to the manufacturing supply chain system, this paper starts with two aspects including the system and the internal mechanism of the institutional system, designs the institutional system and innovation required for the construction of the discourse power of the modern supply chain in Shandong manufacturing industry under the condition of high-quality development, and creates a new environment for its development and improvement.
