在增产保供的背景下,如何确保现役老旧钻机高效运行是用户关心的问题。但当前的售后服务市场服务的标准工作还没有细分,针对不同需求的客户群体没有针对性地形成服务标准文件,无法满足顾客个性化需求。因此,服务标准分级化,再制造质量要求规范化,对服务市场的健康发展至关重要。文章从标准构建的目标、原则、分级结构框架等角度提出解决方案,并在中东某项目上实践,应用效果获得用户认可和国际报刊报道。该标准的实施对助推钻探绿色安全发展给出新的思路。

Under the background of production increase and supply guarantee, how to ensure the efcient operation of the old drilling RIGS in service is the concern of users. However, the standard work of the current after-sales service market has not been subdivided, and there is no targeted service standard document for different customer groups, which cannot meet the personalized needs of customers. Therefore, the grading of service standards and standardization of remanufacturing quality requirements are very important for the healthy development of service market. This paper proposes a solution from the perspective of objective, principle and hierarchical structure of standard construction,and puts it into practice in a project in the Middle East. The application effect is recognized by users and reported in international newspapers and periodicals. The implementation of this standard gives a new idea to boost the green and safe development of drilling.
