高速公路企业安全标准化与科技创新经验探讨

Discussion on Safety Standardization and Scientic and Technological Innovation Experience of Expressway Enterprises

为落实高速公路运营企业安全生产标准化评价实施细则中对安全科技创新的指标要求,本文从科技创新入手,以四川省成雅高速公路为示范,从交通安全设施的设计与优化开始,与安全生产标准化相融合,实现了从路基、桥梁等沿线,围绕路面线性、弯道、前端可视化、护栏、应急管理等不同要素开展交安设施标准化创新研究,并与标准化管理体系相融合,跳出了"纸上标准化"的状况,从实际出发真正实现了高速公路行业安全生产标准化持续有效运行。

In order to implement the index requirements for safety and scientic and technological innovation in the detailed rules for the implementation of safety production standardization evaluation in expressway operation enterprises,this paper starts with scientic and technological innovation, takes Chengdu Ya’an Expressway in Sichuan province as demonstration, integrates the design and optimization of trafc safety facilities with safety production standardization,realizes the visualization of pavement linearity, curve and front end along subgrade and bridge, carries out innovative research on the standardization of trafc safety facilities focusing on different elements such as guardrail and emergency management, integrates with the standardized management system, jumps out of the situation of "paper standardization",and truly realizes the continuous and effective operation of safety production standardization in the expressway industry from reality.
