液相色谱测定固体废物中丙烯酸含量 被引量:1

摘要 国标分析方法 GB 5085.3附录Ⅰ《固体废物有机磷化合物的测定气相色谱法》,用于分析固体废物中有机磷化合物,并不适用于丙烯酸。固体废物中丙烯酸含量检测因基质复杂等原因不适合气相色谱法、气质联用法及离子色谱法。开发了液相色谱检测方法,样品用试验用水超声提取,静置或离心,上清液经微孔滤膜过滤,经液相色谱检测,以保留时间定性、峰高或峰面积定量。此方法分析固体废物中丙烯酸的方法检出限可低至0.045mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.69%(n=7),加标回收率在97.2%~101%之间,标准曲线相关系数为1.000 0。方法满足检测要求。 The national standard analytical method GB 5085.3 Appendix Ⅰ "Determination of Organic Phosphorus Compounds in Solid Waste Gas Chromatography" is used to analyze organic phosphorus compounds in solid waste and is not suitable for acrylic acid. Due to the complexity of the matrix and other reasons, the detection of acrylic acid content in solid waste is not suitable for GC, GCMS, and IC. Ⅰ developed a HPLC detection method.The sample was ultrasonically extracted with analysis laboratory water, then left to stand or centrifuged, and the supernatant was filtered through a microporous membrane and detected by HPLC. Qualitative by retention time,quantified by peak height or area. The detection limit of the method can be as low as 0.045 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation of the measurement results is 1.69%(n=7), the standard recovery is between 97.2% and 101%,and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve is 1.000 0. The method fully meets the detection requirements.
