摘要
主要从中国新能源汽车国际化国家战略为主要出发点,界定新能源汽车国际化的特殊内涵及战略意义,通过对新能源汽车产业背景和国情进行综合分析,特别是以历史纵深视角对汽车产业国际化战略进行梳理、回顾及分析,总结发达国家不同企业、不同模式国际化战略经验与启示,研判中国新能源汽车国际化的发展态势、机遇及风险,研究提出了我国新能源汽车国际化总体战略构想,提出培育具有国际竞争力的新能源汽车企业和中国品牌的思路、路径和措施建议。
This paper defines the special connotation and strategic significances of the internationalization of the New Energy Vehicles(NEV),mainly taking the national strategies of the internationalization for China’s NEVs as the primary starting point. Through the comprehensive analysis of the NEV industry and national conditions, especially through the review and analysis of internationalization strategiesfor automotive industryin a grand historical perspective, this paper aims at summarizing the experience and inspiration ofdifferent enterprises and different modelsin developed countries,judgingof the development trends,opportunities and risksfor the internationalization development of China’s NEVs, elaborating the overall strategic visions of the internationalization development for China’s NEVs.Thoughts, paths and suggestions to cultivate internationally competitive NEV enterprises and Chinese brands are also proposed.
