摘要
为了研究汽车产品平台化试验验证方案,提出平台代表性样车试验验证流程。从平台技术方案、平台性能、法规预测、市场问题再发防止方面分析,按照可靠耐久性、动力经济性、振动与噪声、整车安全、水管理、热管理、电磁兼容、功能安全、电池管理系统标定、整车控制器标定、零部件试验维度,根据试验项目历史数据库,识别试验项目。采用正交法,选取不同的代表性车型,使试验能覆盖平台车型。最后,通过柔性编排样车计划,减少样车数量。
In order to study the platform test verification scheme of automobile products, the test verification process of representative sample vehicle of the platform is proposed. Based on the analysis of platform technical scheme, platform performance, regulation prediction, market problem recurrence prevention, according to the dimensions of reliability and durability, power economy, vibration and noise, vehicle safety, water management, thermal management, electromagnetic compatibility, functional safety, battery management system calibration, whole vehicle controller calibration, parts test and other dimensions, according to the test project history database, the test and verification items are identified. The orthogonal method is used to select different representative vehicles, so that the test and verification can cover the platform vehicles.Finally, the number of sample vehicles is reduced by flexible arrangement of sample vehicle plan.
