基于爆轰管道系统的实验教学模式开发

摘要 燃烧与爆炸作为安全工程专业本科生的专业基础必修课,具有很强的实践性,但其现有实验偏演示性、内容单一,缺少能够开展爆炸、爆轰的实验设备与手段。北京科技大学科研成果"爆轰内部结构实验管道系统",能够开展不同初始压力条件及预混气种类的爆轰观测实验,可有效验证气体爆炸、爆轰的理论知识。将爆轰内部结构实验管道系统有效转化为实验教学,开发基于爆轰管道系统的可燃气体爆轰实验,与燃烧与爆炸理论知识结合,完成综合性创新实验的方案设计,编制实验教学大纲及实验指导书,建立科学合理的实验考核标准。通过该实验教学模式的开发,丰富了实验教学内容,使学生全面理解和掌握专业知识,增强了学生的综合实践能力和创新能力。 Combustion and explosion,as a required course for undergraduates majoring in safety engineering,has strong practicality and needs to combine theory with practice through experimental courses.The scientific research achievement of USTB,"detonation internal structure experimental pipeline system",can carry out detonation observation experiments under different initial pressure conditions and premixed gas types,and can effectively verify the theoretical content of gas explosive detonation.This article explores the experimental pipeline system of detonation internal structure effectively into experimental teaching,the development based on the detonation tube"combustible gas detonation experiment"in the system,combined with the combustion and explosion theory knowledge,complete the comprehensive innovation experiment content design,preparation of experimental curriculum and experimental instruction,established scientific and reasonable experiment examination standard.Through the implementation of this experimental teaching model,the experimental teaching content can be enriched,so that students can comprehensively understand and grasp professional knowledge,enhance students’comprehensive practice and innovation ability.
