摘要 工程人才是中国制造业创新发展的重要保证。结合立足制造业的地方应用型大学材料科学与工程专业人才培养举措,系统阐述了借助实践思政协同、企业社会协同、教学科研协同提升专业人才的工程意识、工程实践能力、工程创新能力的工程人才培养路径,提出通过强化课程思政、细化产教融合、深化实践教学实现新工科专业人才"回归工程"的人才培养理念。 Engineering talents are an important guarantee for the innovation and development of Chinese manufacturing industry.Combing with engineering talents education measures of major in materials science and engineering based on manufacturing industry in local application-oriented university,the engineering talent training route of enhancing the engineering awareness,engineering practice ability and engineering innovation ability with the coordination of practical ideological and political coordination,enterprises and society,teaching and scientific research is proposed.By strengthening ideological and political education in curriculum,refining the integration of production and education,deepening practical teaching,the concept of"returning of engineering"for training new engineering talents can be formed.
