摘要
以某SUV二排座椅手动前后调节力优化为例,通过研究座椅与车身安装形式和座椅自身结构,分析影响前后调节力的因素,并制定综合优化方案。结果表明:优化后的样件载质量为60 kg,全行程前后调节力小于140 N,满足设计要求,为后续带有二排前后调节功能的SUV调节力优化提供参考。
Taking optimization of length adjustment force of an SUV second row seat as an example,by analyzing the installation form between seats and car body and seat self-structure,factors effecting length adjustment and comprehensive optimization plan were studied,and a comprehensive optimization scheme was formulated.The results show that the optimized sample load is 60 kg,and the adjustment force is less than 140 N before and after full travel,which meets the design requirements.It provides reference for adjustment force optimization of other SUVs with length adjustment function in the second row.
