一种改良CAMP试验在B群链球菌筛查中的临床应用

Clinical application of a modified CAMP test in screening group B streptococcus

目的探讨改良CAMP试验在B族链球菌(GBS)感染筛查中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取2020年11月—2021年4月本院妇科门诊就诊患者的阴道分泌物标本1128例,每份标本均分别接种血琼脂平板及改良CAMP试验法进行GBS筛查,同时接种GBS显色平板作对比,对2种方法筛查结果阳性的菌落进行细菌鉴定确认。结果改良CAMP试验法检出GBS阳性124例(11.0%),显色平板法检出GBS阳性130例(11.5%),2种方法筛查GBS的一致性较好(Kappa=0.965,P<0.001)。结论改良CAMP法对GBS筛查有较高的灵敏度和特异度,与显色培养法有较好的一致性,比标准的普通培养法经济省时,基层医院的微生物实验室即可开展,可结合显色平板法提高阳性检出率。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of modified CAMP test in screening group B streptococcus(GBS)infection.Methods A total of 1128 vaginal secretion specimens from patients in gynecological outpatient department of our hospital from November 2020 to April 2021 were randomly selected.Each specimen was inoculated with blood agar plate for GBS screening by modified CAMP test.At the same time,GBS color plate was inoculated for comparison.The positive colonies screened by the two methods were identified and confirmed.Results A total of 124 cases(11.0%)of GBS were detected by the modified CAMP test and 130 cases(11.5%)by the color plate method.The consistency between the two methods was good(Kappa=0.965,P<0.001).Conclusion The modified CAMP method has high sensitivity and specificity for GBS screening,and is in good agreement with the color culture method.Compared with the standard common culture method,the improved CAMP method is economical and time-saving.It can be carried out in microbiology laboratories of primary hospitals,and the positive detection rate can be increased by combining with the color plate method.
