北京市通州区葡萄中9种农药残留检测与分析

Detection and analysis of nine pesticide residues in grapes in Tongzhou District of Beijing

摘要 目的了解北京市通州区葡萄中农药残留的污染状况。方法用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定葡萄中9种农药残留。结果样品加标水平为0.01 mg/kg、 0.05 mg/kg、 0.20 mg/kg时,加标回收率分别为89.2%~97.1%、90.3%~96.7%、92.5%~101.4%,相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.6%~9.2%、3.9%~8.9%、2.5%~6.5%。100件葡萄中农药残留检出率为40.0%,无超标情况。有5种农药检出,分别是联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、毒死蜱、腐霉利、百菌清,腐霉利检出率为23%,联苯菊酯检出率为10%,毒死蜱检出率为24%,甲氰菊酯检出率为1%,百菌清检出率为1%。结论通州区葡萄中农药残留量普遍较低,联苯菊酯、毒死蜱未制定最大残留限量,检出率高,今后应该加强持续监测,有关部门应进一步加快农药使用的登记及农药残留限量的制定工作。 Objective To investigate the pollution status of pesticide residues in grapes in Tongzhou District of Beijing.Methods Nine pesticide residues in grape were determined by gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Results The spiked levels were 0. 01 mg/kg, 0. 05 mg/kg, 0. 20 mg/kg, the spiked recoveries were 89. 2%-97. 1%, 90. 3%-96. 7%,92. 5%-101. 4%, respectively. The relative standard deviations(n= 6) were 3. 6%-9. 2%, 3. 9%-8. 9%, 2. 5%-6. 5%, respectively. The detection rate of pesticide residues was 40. 0%, and there was no over standard situation. Five kinds of pesticides were detected, including bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, chlorpyrifos, procymidone and chlorothalonil. The detection rates of procymidone, bifenthrin, chlorpyrifos, fenpropathrin and chlorothalonil were 23%, 10%, 24%, 1% and 1%, respectively.Conclusion The pesticide residues in grapes in Tongzhou District were generally low, but the maximum residue limits of bifenthrin and chlorpyrifos were not established, the detection rate is high, in the future, continuous monitoring should be strengthened, and the relevant departments should further speed up the registration of pesticide use and the formulation of pesticide residue limits.
