散结膏穴位贴敷联合西黄胶囊治疗乳腺增生临床研究

Clinical Study on Point Application with Sanjie Ointment Combined with Xihuang Capsules for Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands

目的:观察散结膏穴位贴敷联合西黄胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:选取90例乳腺增生患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予西黄胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合散结膏穴位贴敷治疗。2组均治疗4个月。比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率;比较2组治疗前后症状评分及性激素水平。结果:观察组总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组乳房疼痛、肿块硬度、肿块分布范围、肿块大小评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组乳房疼痛、肿块硬度、肿块分布范围、肿块大小评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、孕酮(P)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)、催乳素(PRL)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组LH、FSH、P水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),E_(2)、T、PRL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.44%,对照组不良反应发生率为11.11%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:散结膏穴位贴敷联合西黄胶囊治疗乳腺增生临床疗效较好,可改善患者的临床症状,调节性激素水平,且安全性好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of point application with Sanjie ointment combined with Xihuang capsules on hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods:A total of 90 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xihuang capsules,and the observation group was additionally treated with point application with Sanjie ointment based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four months.The clinical effects and incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared;before and after treatment,the symptom scores and sex hormone levels in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 88.89% in the observation group,higher than that of 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of breast pain and hardness,distribution and size of tumor mass in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and progesterone(P) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of estradiol(E_(2)),testosterone(T),and prolactin(PRL) were decreased(P<0.05);the levels of LH,FSH and P in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and levels of E_(2),T and PRL were lower(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44% in the observation group,and 11.11% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point application with Sanjie ointment combined with Xihuang capsules for hyperplasia of mammary glands has a good clinical effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and regulate the sex hormone levels,with good safety.
