摘要 以往专家学者倾向于通过腰背核心肌的功能锻炼以达防治腰椎间盘突出症的目的,但腰椎的稳定性不单由腰背肌决定,腹部肌群在协同维护腰椎稳定中也发挥着重要作用。本研究遵循整体观念,倡导腰腹同治,探索腰腹联合思维及手法对腰椎间盘突出症功能锻炼的指导作用及意义。 For the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,previous experts and scholars tended to achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment through the functional exercise of the core muscle of the lumbar back.However,the stability of lumbar spine is not only determined by the lumbar back muscle,but abdominal muscle groups also play an important role in the cooperative maintenance of lumbar spine stability.This study follows the holistic concept of Chinese medicine,advocates the simultaneous treatment of lumbar and abdomen,and explore the guiding effect and significance of lumbar abdominal joint thinking and manipulation on functional exercise of lumbar disc herniation.
