中医体质分类研究进展与思考

Progress and Thinking of Study on Classification of Chinese Medicine Constitutions

体质分类研究是中医体质学研究的关键环节,是开展体质学说理论和应用研究的前提。通过对体质分类研究的历史回顾和现状分析,对体质分类研究中存在的亟待解决的问题进行思考和剖析,认为目前体质分类研究存在亟待解决的问题,如维度不全、分型缺失;体质生理与疾病病理混淆、体质类型与证候分型混淆、体质类型与病理产物混淆、体质调养与疾病的治疗混淆、体质辨识不准确等等的超范畴归纳,逻辑混乱。由此提出了构建多维体质理论体系的观点。

The study on constitution classification is the key point of Chinese medicine constitution research,and the premise of developing the constitution theory and its application.Through the historical retrospection and analysis on current situation of the study on constitution classification,the problems to be solved in the study are considered and analyzed.It is believed that there are urgent problems to be solved in current study on constitution classification,such as supercategory induction and logic confusion,which include incomplete dimensions and lack of classification,confusion of constitution physiology and disease pathology,confusion of constitution types and syndrome types,confusion of physical types and pathological products,confusion of constitution recuperation and treatment of disease,and inaccurate constitution identification,etc.Thus,the construction of multidimensional constitution theory system is put forward.
