摘要
监测模块由4只定向耦合器和1只一分四功分器组成,定向耦合器将T/R组件的信号耦合到一分四功分器,一分四功分器连接监测端,实现了同时对4路T/R组件进行幅相监测的功能。现有技术中,功分器和耦合器独立设计,监测模块的尺寸较大,连接系统时需增加大量电缆,用来传输信号,且要求的空间也成倍增加,由此会造成相位误差大、损耗大、承受功率低、可靠性低、精度低以及空间不足等诸多问题,无法满足雷达对监测模块的小型化的使用要求,因此提出了一种P波段小型化监测模块的设计。
The monitoring module is composed of four directional couplers and one four-point power splitter.The directional coupler couplings the signal of T/R component to a four-point power splitter,and a four-point power splitter is connected to the monitoring end,realizing the function of amplitude-phase monitoring for the four-way T/R component at the same time.Existing technology,power splitters and coupler independent design,monitoring module size is bigger,need to increase a lot of cable for connection to the system,is used to transmit signals,and the requirements of the space also multiplied,which will cause the phase error is big,big loss,under low power,low reliability,low accuracy and many problems such as insufficient space.The design of a P-band miniaturized monitoring module is proposed because it can not meet the requirements of radar for miniaturized monitoring module.
