公共卫生突发事件下高校图书馆微信学科服务现状与思考——基于43所“双一流”高校图书馆微信公众号的调研 被引量:4

摘要 [目的/意义]探索高校图书馆在公共卫生突发事件下的微信学科服务应用情况,有利于完善高校图书馆在重大突发事件下的应急服务响应预案,对于评估高校图书馆的知识服务体系和学科服务能力有着重要意义。[方法/过程]选择我国29个省、自治区和直辖市的43所"双一流"高校图书馆作为研究对象,人工采集各高校图书馆在2019年12月份-2020年2月份三个月期间的微信公众号推文数量,并利用Nvivo软件分别对三个月的发文内容中有关学科服务的文章按照主题类别进行编码统计,对比分析43所高校图书馆在新冠肺炎疫情前期、中期的微信学科服务响应情况和应用情况。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,1月份微信学科服务响应速度由于多种因素影响整体较为迟缓,2月份微信学科服务应用更为广泛。针对新冠肺炎疫情期间高校图书馆微信学科服务现状,本文认为高校图书馆在今后的工作中,应深化忧患意识,提高公共危机事件应对能力,与社会信息服务机构合作,建立异质性图书馆联盟,同时对学科服务内容的服务更加深入化和动态化。 [Purpose/significance]It is of great significance to evaluate the knowledge service system and subject service capability of university libraries to explore the application of WeChat subject service in public health emergencies, which is conducive to improving the emergency response plan of university libraries in major emergencies. [Method/process] During the period of prevention and control of COVID-19 pandemic,this study takes the investigation and research on the content construction and quantity of 43 WeChat official accounts of“ double first-class” academic libraries in 29 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and uses the NVivo software to encode statistics on the subject service articles in the past three-month according to the theme category, comparative analysis of the response and application of WeChat subject services in the early and mid-term of the COVID-19 pandemic in 43 academic libraries. [Result/ conclusion] The results show that the WeChat subject service in January is slow due to various factors, and the WeChat subject service is more widely used in February. In view of the status of WeChat subject service in university libraries during the covid-19 pandemic, this paper argues that university libraries should deepen their awareness of crisis, improve their ability to cope with public events, cooperate with social information service organizations, establish a heterogeneous library alliance, and provide more in-depth and dynamic services for the content of disciplinary services.
