模块化多组合GIS装配式基础设计方法与数值分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对智能绿色变电站对模块化装配式基础的建设要求,文章设计一种模块化多组合气体绝缘开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)设备装配式箱形基础,该基础由若干模块化基础盒子单元拼装而成,可灵活适用于各种布置GIS设备的建设;考虑材料非线性、基础与土基的共同作用,通过有限元分析程序ABAQUS分析基础的沉降、应力及连接节点的承载能力。研究结果表明:该模块化装配式基础受力性能良好,可参考现有规范设计验算;该基础比传统基础现浇施工快捷,适用于多种GIS设备布置。研究成果可为模块化多组合GIS装配式基础的应用和推广提供科学依据。 To meet the requirements for modular prefabricated foundation in the construction of green and smart substation,this paper designs a modular multi-combination gas insulated switchgear(GIS)prefabricated foundation.The foundation is composed of several modular foundation units,which can be flexibly applied to the layout of various GIS equipment.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the settlement,stress and bearing capacity of connecting nodes of the foundation,considering the material nonlinearity and the interaction between the foundation and soil.The research results show that the new modular foundation has good mechanical performance,can refer to the existing specifications for design checking.Compared with the traditional cast-in-place foundation,it improves the construction speed,and is suitable for the layout of various GIS equipment.The research results can provide scientific basis for the application and promotion of modular multi-combination GIS prefabricated foundation.
