摘要 隧道超欠挖检测是爆破成型质量评估的重要内容,对保障施工安全极为重要。针对施工过程的爆破隧道截面特点,提出了基于激光扫描的隧道超欠挖量检测方法。以二维激光扫描仪和车载云台为主搭建三维扫描装置,利用该装置通过多点设站采集整个隧道的三维点云数据并将其转换到同一大地坐标系下,计算隧道中轴线并提取隧道截面,检测隧道截面的超挖区域与欠挖区域,运用微元的思想计算各区域内的超(欠)挖量。 The detection of tunnel over-under excavation is an important part of blasting quality evaluation,which is very important to ensure the safety in construction.According to the characteristics of the section of blasting tunnel in the construction process,A laser scanning method for the detection of tunnel over-under excavation is proposed.A three-dimensional scanning device is built mainly by a two-dimensional laser scanner and a vehicle cloud platforms structures.The three-dimensional point cloud data of the whole tunnel were collected by the multi-point station and transformed to the same geodetic coordinate system,the central axis of the tunnel was calculated and the section of the tunnel was extracted,and the over-excavated area and under-excavated area of the tunnel section were detected,and the over-excavated(under-excavated)amount in each area is calculated by using the idea of micro-element.
