摘要
非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)作为肺癌的主要类型,严重威胁人类健康。NSCLC耐药的发生成为治疗失败的关键。环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)是一种环形结构的独特RNA分子,具有良好的稳定性及表达特异性。越来越多的研究表明circRNA参与NSCLC耐药的形成,其有望成为NSCLC治疗的新靶点和预测预后的新分子标记。本文就国内外关于circRNA与NSCLC耐药研究的最新进展作一综述。
As the main type of lung cancer,non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is a serious threat to human health.The occurrence of drug resistance becomes the key to the failure of treatment.Circular RNA(circRNA)is a unique RNA molecule with circular structure,with excellent stability and specific expression.Increasing studies found that circRNA is involved in the formation of drug resistance in NSCLC,which is expected to be a new therapeutic target for NSCLC and a new molecular marker for prognosis and prediction.In this paper,the domestic and international latest progress and research of circRNA and the drug resistance of NSCLC are reviewed.
