A systematic analysis and in-depth study on how to strengthen the modernization and innovation of coal enterprises was carried out from five aspects:safe production,operation and management,competitiveness building,cultural construction and business model innovation.It was considered that coal enterprises should strive to promote intelligent construction and lean operation and management,pay attention to the innovation of management model and business model,cultural construction and high-quality staff construction,and fully promote the safe,green and intelligent development of coal enterprises.
