摘要
对矿井常年积存的存量污泥进行生态清淤处理是煤矿绿色发展的重要方面。对采用生态清淤管袋的工程项目概况、煤泥分析参数以及3种治理方案进行了对比介绍;阐述了生态清淤管袋的脱水处理、主要技术工艺和重要技术性能;对生态清淤管袋的项目应用进行了具体说明,原煤泥含水率约92%~96%,将絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)泵送充填至长度为15 m的生态清淤管袋中,最大充填高度为1.8 m,脱水固结后高度为1.2~1.4 m, 45 d静置脱水后煤泥含水率降到50%以下,实现了项目煤泥处理的减量化、稳定化、无害化处理。
It is an importance aspect of the green development of coal mine to carry out ecological desilting treatment of the stock sludge accumulated in the mine all year round. The project overview, coal slime parameters analysis and three treatment schemes of ecological dredging geotextile tubes were compared and introduced;the dewatering treatment, main technology and important technical performance of ecological dredging geotextile tubes were described;the project application of ecological dredging geotextile tubes was described in detail. The raw slime, which contained 92%-96% of water, was pumped to 15-meter-long ecological dredging geotextile tubes after addition of flocculant of polyacrylamide(PAM), and the maximum filling height were 1.8 m and 1.2-1.4 m after dewatering and consolidation. The water content of coal slime after 45 days of static placement dropt to less than 50%, which successfully realized reductive, stabilized and harmless disposal of coal slime in the project.
