九龙矿矿井水二次沉淀水仓改造实例分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有水仓清淤方式中存在的煤泥回收率低、劳动强度大、清淤时间长、危险系数高等问题,对冀中能源峰峰集团有限公司九龙矿内水仓进行二次沉淀改造,在保证沉降区层流流动的条件下,增大污泥区容积,延长二次沉淀水仓运行周期,同时采用煤泥自动清理、粗分、脱水设备,实现了改善水仓清淤条件、缩短清淤时间、提高煤泥回收率的目的。改造后的工程运行结果表明,二次沉淀水仓改造提高了水仓清淤效率、减少了煤泥清理人员数量、提高了煤泥回收率、降低了水仓清淤的安全生产风险,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。 In view of the problems of low coal sludge recovery rate,high labor intensity,long dredging time and high risk coefficient in the existing dredging methods of water sump,the secondary sedimentation transformation was carried out for the water sump in Jiulong Mine of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group Co.,Ltd.to increase the volume of sludge area and prolong the operation cycle of secondary sedimentation water sump under the condition of ensuring the laminar flow in the settlement area,and the equipment of automatic cleaning,coarse separation and dehydration of coal slime was adopted to improve the dredging conditions of water sump,shorten the dredging time and improve the recovery rate of coal slime.The operation results of the project after the reconstruction showed that the reconstruction of the secondary sedimentation sump improved the dredging efficiency of the water sump,reduced the number of coal slime cleaning personnel,increased the coal slime recovery rate,decreased the safety production risk of water sump dredging,and had good economic and social benefits.
