抗细菌腐蚀X70钢级HFW焊管性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据Cu离子进入细菌细胞后破坏生物酶系统原理,在板材中采用超低C、低Mn和主要添加Cu元素成分设计思路,开发出X70钢级抗细菌腐蚀卷板,通过优化HFW制管工艺,开发出抗细菌腐蚀HFW焊管,规格为X70钢级Ф50.8 mm×6.2 mm。金相分析表明,焊缝和母材组织基本实现均匀化,Cu元素在母材和焊缝中分布均匀;压扁试验和扩口试验表明管材强韧性和塑性较高。在模拟SRB和SRB+TGB两种腐蚀工况下,焊缝和母材最大均匀腐蚀速率为0.0245 mm/a,最大点蚀速率为0.122 mm/a,参考NACE SP 0775—2018标准属于轻度腐蚀,且HIC试验敏感系数均为0,证明试制的X70钢级抗细菌腐蚀HFW管能有效缓解或者抑制细菌腐蚀,确保管材安全服役。 According to the principle that Cu ions destroy the biological enzyme system,by using the design idea of ultra-low C,low Mn and mainly adding Cu elements,the anti-bacterial corrosion plate was developed.By optimizing the HFW pipe producing process,the anti-bacterial corrosion HFW welded pipe with X70 steel grade and size ofΦ50.8 mm×6.2 mm is developed for the first time in China.The microstructure of base metal and welds is basically uniform,and the sterilized Cu element is evenly distributed in the pipe and weld.The good results of flattening test and flaring test show that the pipe has high strength,toughness and plasticity.Under simulated SRB and SRB+TGB corrosion conditions,the maximum uniform corrosion rate of the welds and base metal is only 0.0245 mm/a,the maximum pitting corrosion rate is only 0.122 mm/a,and the HIC test is all zero.The X70 grade anti-bacterial corrosion HFW pipe can effectively alleviate or inhibit bacterial corrosion,and ensure the safe service of pipes.
