少数民族地区农村社会治理的现状分析与理性思考——以宁夏塔桥村为例

在明确少数民族地区农村社会治理相关概念与理论基础上,把握少数民族地区农村社会治理的新趋势,当前其正处于“管理”到“治理”的变迁阶段,乡村振兴战略明确农村社会治理方向,村民自治成主流治理模式。以宁夏塔桥村为研究对象,借助问卷调查和访谈等形式,了解该地区的社会治理情况和现实问题,通过完善农村社会治理制度,进行乡镇机构改革,创新党建工作机制以及促进农村民间组织健康发展等措施,为民族地区农村社会治理环境的优化提供支持。

On the basis of defining the concepts and theories related to rural social governance in ethnic minority areas,we grasp the new trend of rural social governance in ethnic minority areas.Currently,it is in the transition stage from"management"to"governance".The rural revitalization strategy sets social governance direction,and the villager autonomy has become the mainstream governance mode.Taking DaQiao Village in ningxia as the research object,using questionnaire survey and interviews,to understand the region's social governance and realistic problems,through the perfect rural social governance system,township institutional reform,innovation mechanism of party construction,and promote the healthy development of the rural civil organizations,to support the optimization of the rural social governance environment in ethnic regions.
