City is an important carrier of international communication activities,and urban service guarantee is of great significance in international communication activities.With the increase in the scale and number of China’s participation in international exchanges,there are more and more cities carry international exchange activities,and they also face a severe test in terms of service guarantee while gaining more and more influence.By investigating the new requirements and new problems faced by urban service security,it is necessary to establish an urban service security system that is conducive to international exchanges,serves the overall diplomatic needs of the country,follows the law of urban development,and coordinates urban security and development.
