摘要
设计指标分解是海绵城市规划设计的重难点,但目前并没有统一的标准来指导实践。为探索海绵城市规划指标分解方法,以A新城海绵城市专项规划为例,将年径流总量控制率、控制容积作为控制性指标,下沉式绿地率、透水铺装率、绿色屋顶率和调蓄容积作为引导性指标,结合建设情况、汇水面种类及构成情况等条件,利用海绵城市规划设计辅助计算软件加权平均试算的方法对指标进行分解。指标分解后,各项指标在A新城的街区和地块两个层次上实现了合理分配,可为新城海绵城市建设提供科学指导。与此同时,通过对A新城海绵城市规划指标分解案例初步探索,以期为完善指标分解方法和其它类似规划设计提供技术支持。
Design index decomposition is the key and difficult point of sponge city planning and design,but there is no unified standard method to guide practice at present.In order to explore the index decomposition method of sponge city planning,taking the sponge city planning of a new city A as an example,the annual total runoff control rate and control volume are taken as control indicators,and subsidence green space rate,permeable pavement rate,green roof rate and storage volume are taken as guiding indicators,combining with the construction situation,catchment surface type and composition,and other conditions,the index is decomposed by using the sponge city planning and design auxiliary calculation software and the weighted average trial calculation method.After index decomposition,each index is reasonably distributed at the block and plot levels in new City A,which can provide scientific guidance for the construction of sponge city.At the same time,through the preliminary exploration of sponge city planning index decomposition of new city A,it is expected to provide technical support for the improvement of index decomposition method and reference for the other similar sponge cities planning and design.
