痉挛肌电刺激治疗仪联合康复训练对脑卒中后恢复期痉挛性瘫痪患者运动功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨痉挛肌电刺激治疗仪联合康复训练对脑卒中后恢复期痉挛性瘫痪患者运动功能的影响。方法:随机将2020年4月至2021年3月在我院治疗的60例脑卒中后恢复期痉挛性瘫痪患者分为对照组和观察组(各30例)。对照组予以康复训练,观察组予以痉挛肌电刺激治疗仪联合康复训练。比较两组治疗前后血清因子指标、血流速度指标、神经功能与运动功能变化。结果:治疗后,观察组血清因子指标水平和血流速度指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组神经功能与运动功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痉挛肌电刺激治疗仪联合康复训练治疗脑卒中后恢复期痉挛性瘫痪患者可显著提高血清因子水平,改善脑供血水平,促进神经功能和运动功能恢复。 Objective:To investigate the effect of spastic electromyostimulation therapy combined with rehabilitation training on motor function of spastic paralysis patients in convalescent period after stroke.Methods:60 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke in our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were divided into control group and observation group(30 cases in each group)randomly.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given spasticity muscle electrical stimulation instrument combined with rehabilitation training.The changes of serum factors,blood flow velocity,nerve function and motor function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum factor and blood flow velocity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neurological function and motor function scores of observation group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spastic electromyography combined with rehabilitation training can significantly increase the levels of BFGF,VEGF and BDNF,improve the level of cerebral blood supply,and promote the recovery of nerve function and motor function in spastic paralysis patients in convalescent period after stroke.
