三联疗法联合瑞巴派特治疗消化性胃溃疡的临床研究

Clinical study of triple therapy combined with rebamipide in the treatment of peptic gastric ulcer

目的:探讨瑞巴派特治疗消化性胃溃疡的效果。方法:本次研究对象为我院2020年2月至2021年3月期间收治的80例消化性胃溃疡患者中选取,将其随机分为对照组和观察组(各40例)。对照组采用三联疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用瑞巴派特。比较两组临床症状缓解时间,治疗前后胃黏膜形态学评分及胃黏膜形态学评分血沉降(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平变化情况。结果:观察组临床症状缓解的时间均对于对照组;治疗后,两组患者黏膜厚度偏离正常程度、腺体密度、活动性炎症细胞浸润程度及慢性炎症细胞浸润评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组ESR、PCT、CRP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞巴派特联合三联疗法治疗消化性胃溃疡可缓解患者临床症状,改善胃黏膜形态,减轻炎症反应,加快修复胃黏膜损伤。

Objective:To investigate the effects of rebamipide treatment on peptic gastric ulcer.Methods:The subjects of this study were selected from 80 patients with peptic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to March 2021,and they were divided into control group and observation group randomly(each 40 cases).The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the observation group was taken Rebamipide additionally.The clinical symptom relief time,gastric mucosal morphology score and the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The relief time of belching,acid reflux,abdominal pain and nausea in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group;after treatment,the degree of mucosal thickness deviated from normal,gland density,active inflammatory cell infiltration and chronic inflammatory cell infiltration score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ESR,PCT,CRP in the two groups decreased,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rebamipide combined triple therapy treatment of peptic gastric ulcer can relieve clinical symptoms,improve gastric mucosal morphology,reduce inflammation,and accelerate the repair of gastric mucosal damage.
